Vertical Group Oy is the company behind Sport Vertical.
Sport Vertical is a sports media and sponsorship network that connects brands with Finnish sports clubs, teams and athlete creators.
We turn the fragmented sports landscape into an easy-to-buy and easy-to-manage marketing channel. Through a single partner, advertisers gain access to relevant audiences locally, by sport or nationwide.
We deliver fast-to-launch, impression-based campaigns and sponsorships built around each brand's objectives. We centrally manage partner selection, planning, agreements, coordination and reporting.
Why does this matter?
People's attention is increasingly fragmented, making it harder for traditional advertising to generate genuine interest. In sports communities, trust, engagement and participation already exist. Clubs, teams and athletes are familiar and meaningful voices to their audiences – not merely advertising placements.
At the same time, sports clubs need new commercial revenue streams to cover the rising costs of their operations. Sport Vertical connects communities with nationwide advertisers without requiring clubs to build their own media sales organisation or increase product sales and volunteer-led fundraising.
This gives brands an effective, targetable and measurable way to reach people, while sports communities gain new revenue to develop their activities.
