Viivi Lehikoinen

Viivi Lehikoinen is one of Finland’s leading international track and field athletes. A two-time Olympian, she has represented Finland at the Tokyo and Paris Olympic Games as well as at several World and European Championships. At the 2022 European Championships in Munich, Viivi finished sixth in the 400 metre hurdles final.

Viivi’s journey towards the top began at a young age. She won the European U18 title and gold at the European Youth Olympic Festival, followed later by bronze at the European U20 Championships. Over the years, the promising young athlete has developed into an international-level competitor who trains alongside some of the world’s best 400 metre runners.
